Shipping

All in stock items will ship within five to seven business days after order placement. Business days are Monday - Friday, not including weekends and holidays. Pre-ordered items will ship within three (3) weeks after order has been placed unless otherwise noted. Orders will be shipped via USPS or UPS. Shipping to P.O. Boxes are allowed. A shipment notification with a tracking number will be sent via email as soon as your package ships. Once orders are shipped and tracking numbers sent, shipping is controlled by USPS or UPS and out of TJONII's control. Returns

Unfortunately, at this time we are unable to process returns. TJONII values our customers and strives to provide dynamic service. If there are any issues with your products or order, please contact us at [email protected] within five (5) days of your order delivery.
